Personal Information Disclosure
  • Collect, process, and use participants' personal information in accordance with Article 8 of the Personal Information Protection Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information Act") and within the scope of reasonable connection for specific purposes.
    1. Purpose of collection: Collect, process, transmit and use the personal information of registered participants for the purpose of handling the event, and disclose the name of the winner.
    2. Categories of personal information: ID number, name, gender, date of birth, contact number, contact address, email address, school and grade.
    3. Period, region, object and method of use of personal information:
      • Period: The period during which activities are conducted, prize redemption, and business execution must be preserved.
      • Region: Within the Republic of China.
      • Target: Kaohsiung City Tax Collection Office and Kaohsiung City Government Fire Department.
      • Method: For internal activity records, contact, or notification.
    4. Participants may exercise their rights in accordance with Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act, but they shall be responsible for refusing to provide or request to stop collecting, processing, using, or deleting personal information during the event, which may affect their eligibility to participate in the event or receive prizes.
    5. If the personal information provided is incorrect, missing, or counterfeited, the organizer may disqualify or take necessary measures, and pursue legal responsibility in accordance with the law.
    6. Participants authorize the organizer to publicly announce the names of the winners.
  • The organizer reserves the right to modify or change this event, and if there are any unfinished matters, they will be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations or explanations of the organizer, and may be supplemented and announced at any time.
